Hi, I’m Mary Anne – a Certified Co-Active Professional Coach and writer. I help women solopreneurs, creative professionals, and organizational leaders identify, align with and take action toward what’s most important to them.
Every client has unique gifts, talents and priorities, but they share one common attribute – courage…The courage to live and work the way they want to live and work – authentically and purposefully, as only each of them can.

Let's Get Creative
As a writer and longtime creative professional, I'll partner with you to distill your story – where you’ve been and what you tell yourself – so we can develop a new story from here. A story with a big impact.
My coaching practice is collaborative – it’s informed by the Co-active Training
Institute, the oldest and largest coaching organization in the world.
My work is grounded in clear communication, deep listening, authentic co-creation and a solid sense of humor – yes, there will be laughter!
Being purposeful about where we go next is critical to getting there.
I’d love to learn more about who and where you are right now and who and where you would like to be moving forward.

Make it Happen
I know there are a boatload of good professional coaches out there, so you have choices.
What I bring to the table as a long-time writer and creator is the ability to listen for possibilities. I’ll meet you as a collaborative partner – objectively, thoughtfully and without judgement. This allows me to distill your story – the one you tell yourself – so we can uncover the story you’d like to create from here.
The other thing I bring is my own experience of playing it safe. I too have struggled with not going after something because I thought I wasn’t talented enough or experienced enough or whatever b.s. I limited myself with.
I played it safe until I couldn’t do it anymore. In 2004, I left a corporate marketing position to start my copywriting business. I knew I had to make a change to expand my own success.
Success is not necessarily defined by your career or your title, though it can be. Success has a different meaning to every one of us. Making the decision to define success on your own terms can be really scary. But staying safe and accepting less than what’s right for you can be even scarier.
I’ve jumped without a net and the net did indeed appear. After that first launch, I knew I could do anything I wanted to. But letting go to let yourself make a big change is no small feat.
Change is ready to be made at any stage of life and career. The choice to make it can only be made by one person – you.

How it Works
Every coaching partnership is unique, but the fundamentals of change-making can be broken down into 4 steps:
